Damn tv cost 2 grand should play well with a stupid app
I tried all of the options you give and it still won't work. I have an older Sony tv ( non smart ) with a fire stick and it works fine,
I talked to a Disney technician and she said Sony Bravia Tvs doesnt support Disney app 🤦♂️
Got same issue with Disney+ built in app. Cant uninstall it even from playstore, heck cant even find it in playstore but its on the freakin TV. Cant update it either, just say app is not compatible with the device. Tried to use an apk but will not install prolly coz tv already has it.
This is what you get when you put shitty ass android powered OS on your TV. Fucking hate android software. It’s so buggy and shitty
Every suggestion above did not work and will not work. All they are doing is selling something. I found another site with a suggestion and it worked. In your router settings, "disable IPV6". I have a netgear and after disabling it, the APP on my SONY prompted for a email and password. If you do not have one, first set up an account d=from a PC or Smart device.
We had this issue and could not find where it gave to option to uninstall the app. But we did find the settings to clear cache and data. We did this and we’re able to use Disney+ again.
I have 2 tvs with Disney plus. The first with my Roku works fine my 2nd one says I do not have an account. How do I correct this?

None of this worked. I will never buy a Sony tv again and this is prime example of the issues I’ve had
But WHY doesn't the app work! So crazy.
I got no option to delete the disney app on our TV. it only has disable option. When I go to the playstore of the TV, it says this device is not supported anymore 🙁
If you at least have a PS3, or any other 3rd gen console, then you can just use that. Save your money on the fire stick
This Sony tv we got came with Disney + on the remote for easy access, but a Roku remote is useless. This tv was over $3000.00.
