    Love these all inclusive workouts. Great energy. I am 61 with RA, I love the 250 to 160 BPM workouts but can only do short 25 to 30 minutes at a time.
    Would love to see new short on time workouts with a Monday through Friday schedule.

    Thank you Paul! First exercise since freed from surgical restrictions from eyelid surgery. I can exercise and keep head upright. 74 yrs and it,s exercising almost every day that kept me going . It has also enabled me to recover as well as I have! Back to work and a full life.πŸ₯°
