If you have restricted some users and after some time you change your mind deciding to unrestrict them, then you can easily do it.

Follow these steps and you will figure out how you can find your restricted users’ list:

1. Go to your Instagram profile page.
2. Press on the three lines icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
3. Tap the Settings icon at the bottom.
4. Once the settings window opens, hit the Privacy.
5. Under the Connections section find the Restricted Accounts option and click on it.
6. Here you can see the Instagram users you have restricted. If you want to unrestrict someone, simply hit the Unrestrict button next to that person’s username. That’s it!
