How to See What Groups Someone is in on Facebook

If you are interested in knowing what groups a person belongs to on Facebook, you can find this information with a few clicks. The easiest way to do this is to log into the group where that person is a member. Once you have logged in, go to the ‘Members’ tab and find the section titled “Groups”. Once you have located the Groups section, click on ‘See all friends’ to view all members.
