Is there a setting to have previously opened apps close on its own? Sometimes there are 5-6 apps just in the background that automatically closes the current app in use due to memory usage.

I have been deleting an app called Rakuten and it drives me mad because regularly it pops back on the TV and I can't find a way to exit the app when it happens other than turning the TV off then again removing the app. I wonder if every time there is an update they put these damn apps back. I wish I could permanently remove apps I don't want.

Thanks so much dude, finally deleted BBC Iplayer, last thing I had potentially that couldve screwed me if a TV license goon showed up! Seemingly even just having a smart TV where most already come installed with BBC iplayer is enough to warrant you requiring a a TV license! Good video!
