how is the tai's method real, how did it get pass the department, the editor and the reviewers? how?
Dear Sabine, thank you very much for this listing. I don't know if it fits on your list as a hoax or a joke in academia, but the politically motivated phenomenon of Lysenkoism in biology is definitely worth being aware of too, in my opinion.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lysenkoism
From the realm of computer science and RFCs: Arpawocky (Jabberwocky on the pre-internet) and HTTP 418 – I AM I TEAPOT, and may be short and stout per the specifications
The turboencabulator…lol
When I talk electric universe theory I always get, “Yea but is it peer reviewed?”
Now I can cite Sabine in her work on people studying people’s findings of people’s experiment of people’s theory of people’s hypothesis that scientists aren’t all they are cracked up to be?
And of course, we still hear the calls for peer reviewed papers. Peer review means zip
The best one as yet is definitely the focus jabs , hands down ,100%
The MSG hoax is very interesting. It has spread worldwide as a common truth. Many Chinese restaurants have signs saying their food is MSG free. Such a shame because MSG really does enhance the flavour.
Chicken is actually a programming language with one keyword"chicken" and uses white space and the word chicken to create a real program.
Imagine aliens in the distant future trying to understand the extinct human society, and coming across these papers. If they don't also encounter this video, they will be mightily confused.
A hoax coming from left wing liberals? What else is new? Lol
Sabine you are a dear with a great sense of humor behind your dry expressions. Let me tell you the favorite ones as well as the no so favorites:
1- Do you know how much worrying , sleepless days, and hard toil you could have saved all cats, had they known that since 1975 , during the rage of disco music no less , they all could have been made doctors, and not only doctors of the Church , mind you, but of the gibberish scientism world too …?.
2- That researcher and your own use of pronouns was quite futuristic ''INDEED'' (won't call it prophetic though because most scientism faithers never have read that other kind of book) but I'm sure in your kind of work, everyone has read that other paper on premature speculation (like most of today's scientific endeavors for sure are). Bet you that at least 99.99% of all creative people have; cosi fan tutte… you have you too, right?.
3- Staying on the subject of cats , and since you showed but a tail of one on your video, does that cat on Zoom have blue eyes? It must , because it appears, by simply focusing on the tail to be of the Angora breed ; the same kind as on that very funny and well known Spanish joke…Bet you that if you go down there, in Ibiza they'll fill you up on all the details. Promise you that you'll enjoy that one, since everyone could SEE you are one smart cookie, ,and a creative person as well.
4- But did you Sabine just find the tea scene only ''lovely''…? I might tell my cousins on the other side of the pond about your ''lovely'' feelings towards their traditions …but let's not start that again by any means.
5- Finally , SAW that Sabine was the main author on the published paper and that Jesus Christ, Lord God and Creator was relegated to the last place. Isn't that though the NOT so subconscious dream of every scientist, most of the loonie Hollyweird bunch and those in involved in the politics of modernists …? If those guys keep at it, AI might have to indeed write all the papers and most likely will have the final word about it all two…Shema!!!
This text writer may explain what is driving our president's teleprompter.
Damn, 2 months and already over 600k, congratulations to the team 🙂
The MathGen site reminds me of the infinite number of chimpanzees banging on typewriters reproducing the complete works of Shakespeare idea. Somebody needs to calculate the probability (assuming perfect random number generation) of the MathGen site actually producing a valid and error free paper!
Although it isn't very original, many people must have found the rectangle + triangle (trapezoidal) integration method "app-note" to be helpful.
Sabine, I just have one question: What are the epistemological consequences for feces induced electrcal property manipulations relative to piezoelectric dynamics I pharmaceutical testing?
Love your show!!!
Sokel is great. How about post modernist feminist, Irrigeray, saying that E equals MC2 is a "sexed equation."? That is why Sokel did what he did.
Congrats on 500k plus 🤗💙
Global warming
Nice
most enjoyable and funny 2 …… thanx
I wonder what was F D C Willard's stance on the classic problem of chicken chicken chicken.
Thank you for a great channel. On one of the hoaxes: Helen Pluckrose is British, I believe, not American.
The BBC had a great hoax in 1957 where they transmitted a film 'where spaghetti comes from' on a serious news program.
They showed it being harvested from trees in southern Switzerland and it took a lot of people in simply because in those days not everyone had heard of spaghetti, not the least how is actually prepared.
The film is on YT.
I'm dissapointed that there was no mention of April Fools RFCs – joke Internet standards.
