    It's wrong… Ho one deep fried samosa can have low calorie…
    You showed 55 gm of samosa contains 150 cal.. How……?
    1 gm of protein and carb contains 4 cal… And 1 gm of fat is 9 cal… If I imagine this then 55 gm multiplying by 4 =210 cal… And it contains lots if fat… So o can guess one 55 gm of samosa would be of 270 calories…

    I want to point out that calories in Maggie is slightly wrong here, Since you didn't consider the water weight,
    Cook a 72g of raw maggie without any oil or butter,
    when it's cooked, measure the weight of it, now that weight is total of 270Kcal,
    and proportion it for 150Kcal.
    Still very High for empty calories no debate here.

    It's diff when it's cooked at home, you can replace oil with ghee and dec the amount of sugar I tea. With very tittle to no sugar. Calories isn't everything . 47 gm fries will fo more harm than banana no matter its the same amount of calories.
