Someone whoβs profile I liked blocked me
I think this person has blocked me and I don't know why. When I search for their instagram page on google, it says, "this account is private".
On Instagram itself, they used to direct message me, so I clicked on an old chat, then on their pic – it took me to their profile. I can see the profile pic, but can't see followers or anything else. Below that, there is a picture of a lock and it says, "This Account is Private".
Any idea what this means? It says "This Account is Private", but I can't see their followers count. I could see it yesterday.
This happening to me right now her Instagram is showing user not found thatβs on my personal account but when I am in on my other account her account is not showing. But me and her are still friends on snap chat
I messaged a girl
I texted only "hi"
and she blocked me
Some individuals blocking everybody on followers list with no reason.
Also, if you block someone and then unblock them, it disengages your connection and you have to re-follow each other, which can be awkward if they have a private profile since they have to authorize the request.
That being said, the feeling of being blocked is a completely modern emotionβ¦ Fabricated with the existence of these new online tools. I would also like to think people are in general too narcissistic to notice [even care] if theyβve been blocked, since many are just caught up in theyβre own profiles.
