The league is on notice. The entire Sabres organization is on the rise. Pipeline , ahl roster , nhl roster. Im thinking Sabres finish top #3 in the division. GMKA has completely turned this ship around.

I am so incredibly high on this team. With lots of teams in that division getting worse, the Sabres got better. They’re my pick to win the Atlantic and I really don’t see why they can’t. Goaltending was their issue but Levi was not. He actually finished the highest in GSAx by a mile. Sample size is small, sure, but I think if he’s even a step below that this team plays a home playoff series. If he’s at or above that the playoffs could run through Buffalo 🤷♂️. Losing Quinn hurts but as we’ve seen in the past teams can rally from that. Big fan of their defense and veteran guys like Clifton (underrated btw) and Johnson will make it better. If peterka/mittelstadt can become even better middle 6 contributors I see no problem with the offense. If cozens can take a step then there’s no doubt this team will be great. Keep in mind I believe they were tied 4th in goal scoring in the NHL. Just going off memory for an article I wrote lol
