When we find ashes we look up the name and do a tiny bit of research and go to the river and say nice things and release the ashes on the banks and then in the river letting her spirit go. It is legal according to a crematorium in my town.
If you can't find a family member, you can take it to a cemetery and have her barrier. Sorry spelling not the best
