But anyhow I just came across something very interesting and immediately thought of YOU,wanted to share it with you and am going too..as I get the info all together. I'll share!! I find it applies way better with fingers after different tryinf different techniques…
You just have to try it different ways. Honestly.. it took me a year to actually like it. I got sooo many compliments when I wore it.
I loooove this foundation. My skin is really oily and it doesn't move throughout the day. I go in with a little foundation at a time and let it dry before I apply more. A little translucent powder sets it, and I don't get the oily slick in my zone by midday.
Did you use a primer?
Hey Sam how long do your blending sponges from SLMissglam last? I ordered one, love it but it tore in two places within the first week of use. I personally haven't found Hourglass lives up to the hype for me. I have medium skin and their colour just don't show up on me.

What a bummer with all its claims. You look beautiful no matter what, but man it wasn't forgiving on your skin. Your makeup other looks pretty though!
I tried this a few years ago when it was in the original bottle. Did not care for it either. I have combo skin and so have some fine lines. I thought the powdery finish looked weird on my skin.
Jeez that foundation is HORRID. It showed every single line on her forehead! She normally doesn't look that wrinkly. What a terrible product!

This foundation is horrible! I had to mix it with my mars sheerglow or both cream to soften the formula so that it won't settle into my fine lines
I was sent a sample of this and it smelled like wet paint. I wonder did the full size smell like that? I liked the finish but like you it started to settle into every line in about two hours. Thanks for the review.
this happened to me with a couple different foundations, but after I got a facial and stuck to the facial once every 2 months my foundations went on a lot better no matter which brand I used. Thank you for sharing Sam!

I think you should try it with a brush that is more dense. The hourglass brush is very dense. I think the morphs M444 might be a good dupe. But that kabuki brush will not give good coverage.

You mentioned your regular foundation not working with silicone primers. Yet this foundation wasn't "your normal" foundation so technically you didn't try the primer meant for this foundation. Can you please try this foundation with the prime it comes with? I just wonder if this may have made a diff on the pours & lines. Thank you for this review
Thank you for sharing your honest opinion Sam, I would agree with you that there isn't any better fountain better than Estae Lauder double wear foundation , I love it and was finally able to get my very first bottle of it and can I just tell you … Love it ! 😍🦄💖💎
girl you are gorgeous!! you are like benjamin buttons when it comes to aging!!also, i mean this in the most helpful way, my skin was just like yours and i did accutane 4 years ago. I broke out in the exact same places as you, accutane helped me so much!! i was scared of it but honestly it wasnt that bad!! now my skin is normal and a little oily at times!!

This foundation looked terrible on me and I have combo dry skin so you can only imagine… I returned it
