In this video, I’m going to reveal to you step-by-step how we did it, the strategy, the sales funnel, and how we run ads. This will work as long as you are a coach, consultant, course creator, or service provider.

These are strategies that people generally have to pay $2k to $5k to learn and I’m going to reveal it here for FREE.

The first thing we need to understand is that most people who are trying to sell something online focus too much on the ads.

They are trying to get a 4x or 5x return on ads from the front-end. This means that if you spend $1000 in ads, you hope to get $5000 back from the front-end right away, this is not impossible but it’s getting harder. You have to really be an expert or your offer has to be super unique to get this type of return.

This is a problem because if you’re trying to get a 5x return, someone who’s okay with a 2x return will outspend you. When you spend $1000 and you expect $5000 back, you’re essentially telling Facebook or Youtube that “Hey, I want a 5x return on my money.”

Let’s say your competitors come along and say, “I’m okay with 2x.” There’s less pressure for Facebook and YouTube. They are going to spend more of your competitors’ money on ads because it’s easier to make them happy.

But what if we come along and say “It’s fine, I just want 1x return, which means that if I spend $1000, I only want to get $1000 sales back,” then we’re going to outspend EVERYONE. And if you’re only trying to get 1x, you can literally run ads with simple keywords like “business” and “investments” and still generate good leads.

How then do we make a profit if you spend $1000 and only get $1000 back?

There’s this concept called funnel stacking which is essentially stacking a front-end funnel selling a product that’s only meant to break even so that you’ll generate free leads for your backend offer, usually a high ticket offer.

Backend offers are what people get after they go through your front-end offer when they want to progress upwards. These can be Done-For-You product, coaching, and consulting (selling real estate, financial services, or health packages).

You can sell them a front-end product, usually a course.

If you’re in real estate, you can sell real estate investment courses as a front-end product.

Or if you sell financial services, you can sell a stock investment course as a front-end product.

And if you get 2x return on the front-end, you’ve already made a profit. But now you have XX of people who will buy your backend which is what you wanted to sell in the first place. When you can get 1x on the front-end and 2x on the backend, it’s still 3x per month.

Imagine if you can double your money every month. $10,000 becomes $10,000,000 in less than 12 months.

In conclusion, focus on the funnel and do a funnel stack where you stack a front-end funnel with a backend offer. As long as the front-end funnel breakeven, you’re going to get free leads for your backend offer, and that’s how you scale as much as you want without additional cost.

Right now, YouTube is a big untapped goldmine. Strategy is the same, but if you split your traffic to Facebook & YouTube, you diversify. Even if Facebook bans you, you still have YouTube.

It’s also much cheaper to run YouTube ads. We were able to generate 3-4x return for our front-end with YouTube, and combined with the backend, we were able to generate 8-10x return on our ads last year.

    Besides facebook ads cost, you should also include other upfront cost (e.g. your $ time/effort spent, website/funnel cost, staff cost if someone helping you, venue cost for classroom courses if any, etc)
