   Can side blockchain projects or hackathon projects count as valid experience? 2-3-5 years experience means exactly what? Do companies ask for it as an indirect measure of skill and competency? How can an unaffiliated person (no university or company – didn't want to use the ugly UEm word) lead dev role in blockchain? How can one prove one's competencies without official work experience to land such a role? Please make a video on how a random person can land blockchain dev job with 6-12 months of dedicated online training, projects and hackathons in crypto/blockchain – remote job that pays in $$ – dev based in remote part of India?
