I donβt understand, there is no factory reset option for me even though Iβm going in every section youβre telling me to. The option to do a factory reset is just not there
If you do a factory reset you'll have to do all your settings again? But why would a TV that was working the night before stop accessing the internet, just because you unplugged it overnight?

Brilliant!, thanks mate. Worked for us, but the only difference was we had to do the Router FIRST. So we basically powered them both down (unplug very important) for 5 mins but let the router fully reboot itself (3 mins) before plugging the TV back in. Cheers

First trick worked, thank you soooo much.
I've looked hard in the settings of my TV and can't see a factory settings option anywhere. I followed your steps to it but it's not in the list. I'm just gonna leave it until tomorrow it might sort it's self. It could be to do with the router connection despite it saying connected. If it doesn't work tomorrow I shall look up the TVs code and find out how to find factory reset.
panasonic tv says connected to wifi but says no internet access when i press on the youtube button or go to the web browser on my TV. I've turned the TV and router off for over 1 min. My mobile phone can connect to the router fine it's just my TV. I guess a factory reset is the only way forward but I'll lose all my YouTube history I think.

I messed with this sh*t for half hour, so week later again the same "device can connect to your network, but internet is not available". I simply do not want reboot my router every time I want watch youtube videos. "Good work Panasonic"
