Great video. I have Xfinity on my Samsung smart TV but can no longer find the channel guide. The guide button on their terrible remote always brings me back to the Samsung TV and I don't want this, I want the Xfinity channel guide. I used to be able to press the right side of the big center circle and it would appear, but no more, it just says LIVE in the middle of the screen. Even my Uber tech savvy hubby cannot figure it out. I can only watch 5 channels on Xfinity as they are in my previously watched section, but no more way to get an Xfinity channel guide to appear. Any thoughts? I have a 2021 Samsung Smart TV and I just watched their video which was of no help, only showed how to get the guide for Samsung TV. Almost like they don't want you to stream!
I have brand new 2021 samsung tv. It only allows the beta version. They did a new update and now I am having more issues with streaming it.
Will a Roku stick work on a 2015 Samsung smart tv? I was told by Xfinity when I signed up… recently, that I could use the Xfinity beta app on my Samsung. Four days of nothing but frustration….ready to throw my TV through the wall and tell Xfinity to cancel everything!
It’s not even letting me download it 😭
