   That's one reason I don't do PayPal. There are others. Much better to get the item locally if possible. Looks like broomstick time for coyote

   Next time ask for someone in the USA so you can understand them better. ALWAYS take pics of what your going to purchase before you hit send or buy or purchase. like get the name of person ,item ,item number, money amount. YOU are a very smart man. I'm sorry this happen to you

   I was scammed by a customer! Took a while but once i provided evidence showing the customer wearing the item(she posted on facebook) in addition to my original advertisement showing engraving lead times, proof of delivery details, paypal did refund the monies. The worst part due to this scammer, it held up my monies from all other sales for the entire month, not to mention the ugly review. Meantime that month I was having to pay shipping charges to get all my other orders shipped during the holidays with no income. So scammers can hit a customer or a business. It sucks!

   You know you can claim that the delivery isn't whats ordered. Ive tried 4 popupstores on Facebook . Claimed en all 4 back as it wasnt the ordered. Won all 4 cases against seller. Try if you can open a new dispute if cardcompany denies your claim.

   Having retired from the banking industry I can tell you that they don’t always hire the sharpest tool in the shed and from what I can hear of the representatives conversation you happen to get a very dull blade

    I got scammed over a tablet. They sent me a mask 😷 like the ones we had to wear for covid. I got a total refun within 2hrs

    I was the victim of a similar scam where I ordered some LLBean clothing and was instead sent a fake pair of RayBan sunglasses. Took a while, but I finally got my money back. Scammers are SCUZ!

    This is why I always use a CC. My CC company is always on my side, not the sellers side. Ebay always seems to be on the side of the seller.

    I NEVER use PayPal. The times I did the seller never sent the item.
    PayPal said since it was paid I would have to contact seller. Seller took their site down.

    Don't forget that you have credit card protection to, if your pay Pal account is linked together or not.

    The same thing happened to me for 400.00. Pay pal just blew me off. Credit card said they could not help me because I went through pay pal, I closed my pay pal account. So I am out 400.00.

    good luck. they didn't help ,me either , when I had troubles with a shipper. got zero. I now , do not use paypal as a buyer. only as a seller. they do not help like they used to. I had to my money back thru my credit card.

    My Hrandson had the same thing happen but through Amazon. He ordered an action figure and got a cheap set of earphones. Amazon originally refunded his money but then took it back because the seller claimed that they had mailed the item and we received it. We are still fighting Amazon for the money and it's been over a year. They don't care.

    I can tell you how you can get it ..if it works say my frist name . vivian.chichken heart make it smelley to more nasty smally.they get in it put some out side Cageore in side.iy will work.
