  1. I quit Facebook almost 3 weeks ago and decided to give up Twitter today. It got irritating seeing nothing but political rants and photos of other people's "perfect life." And Twitter just made me do practically nothing but scroll mindlessly down other people's stuff. I honestly can't say that I regret my decision to cut social media loose.

I just deleted Facebook this past Sunday and I'm glad I did. 30 days is too long to wait to delete it permanently.

  3. Have y'all thought about having a vision board? Every year I have one and God gives me a "word" and or theme for that year. I am able to look back and see what His visions were for me and cross them off and Pray and ask which ones weren't accomplished to bring or not being with me to the next year. I like it more than much of social media. Plus when you have a vision write it on that and come back to it when you have time and won't forget it. I also keep a blessing jar to write down blessings in throughout the year. Then on New Years Eve I have those things to focus on instead of the misfortunes.

Good for you for quitting Facebook! I quit it about 2 years ago now, and I am happier because of it. I am off all social media except YouTube. My real friends have my phone number. It's awesome!!

  5. kasi says:

Not such a bad idea about social media .I really like seeing the changes you and your family are making. One of my passions is music, so if you are ever inclined to play and sing a song or two, that would be great! Also, love it because you love the Lord!

  6. MSDEBJEAN says:

Personally, think it’s good to quit Facebook . I use it only for Muletown, Sunday’s with Danny. Keep you tube channel.

  7. Having any kind of an addiction and being in recovery itself is a lot of work!! Great job on being in recovery!!!!! My son is in recover from drugs and alcohol and I see how hard he works to stay clean and sober and he’s sort of the same he wants to accomplish so much he has so many plans and dreams to pursue and he told me because he’s 34 he feels like he has wasted so much of his life he wants to play catch up and enjoy and make progress each and everyday. I tell him like they do in recovery take one day at a time trust in God and he will show you the way and get you where you want to be, my same advice to you! God Bless

Hey! You went past your Uncle Rory's house! <3 I'm all about self-improvement, as well. But, let me tell you something brother… the ONLY book that you NEED for self-improvement is God's Word! It is your compass and it has EVERYTHING that you NEED to know it. NO man can give you ANY better advice on how to live than Jesus! <3 If you spend as much time as possible in His Word, you will eventually, be living the PERFECT life that God created you to. Not taking man's advice on how to live, even if it is Biblical…His Word is the bread of life. God speaks to us through His Word. People will begin to see Christ in you because you will start speaking and acting like Christ. And whom better to imitate. The Bible even tells us to do this.

    Proverbs Chapter 4
20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.

21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.

22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

Proverbs 30:5-6 – Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. (Read More…)

John 1:1 – In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Psalms 119:105 – NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Colossians 3:16 – Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

    Proverbs Chapter 3

1 My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:

2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.

3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:

4 So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

9 Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:

10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.
Proverbs 30:5-6 – Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. (Read More…)

John 1:1 – In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Psalms 119:105 – Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

    John Chapter 1

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.
    3 John 1:11
Beloved, do not imitate what is evil, but what is good. The one who does good is of God; the one who does evil has not seen God.

    1 Peter 2:21
For you have been called for this purpose, since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps,

    Ephesians 5:1
    Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children;

    Philippians 3:17
Brethren, join in following my example, and observe those who walk according to the pattern you have in us.

    1 Peter 1:16
because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”

I think that you should share your story about your addiction and how you came out of it. Think about what God wants to use you for and not what you or someone else thinks that you ought to do. Ask God what He wants, because after all…

"What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."

    1 Corinthians 6:19-20, KJV

"Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men."

    1 Corinthians 7:23, KJV

    2 Timothy 2:21

18Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. 19Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 20But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. 21If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. 22Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 23But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes. 24And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,

Anyways, there are many more but I'll let you discover them for yourself… <3
Love the 3 ideas that you have, though.
Enjoying your vlogs…<3 Have a good night. Be blessed… <3

One more thing, the Bible can help with the ADD, which is really all about what gut health. What you put in and on your body that has chemicals/pharmaceuticals/toxins, etc. Not to mention spiritual… God can heal that, by you spending more time with Him. <3 No pill or anything else is going to help you more than God's Word. All those things do is destroy your temple/body.

  12. Praying for you and your family 🙏

  13. Ask the Lord to guide you 🙏 ✨

  14. It only let's me subscribe 1 time bubba. But your doing better than me so far. I also enjoy seeing you and your family. After so many years asking myself I wonder what opie is doing now I can plainly see you are doing great and it's kinda like I'm doing the adventure to. I just think it's great

  15. I got rid of Facebook over a year ago, and it was the best decision I ever made. I started actually living life instead of having my face stuck in Facebook wondering what everyone else was doing with their life lol. Plus it eliminated so much drama haha. I started using Instagram so I could follow other homesteaders like myself, and share pics of my garden 😁 And of course, I love YouTube. I never had a Twitter, Tiktok, Snapchat, etc. they never were my thing! That month detox will go by quickly, and I am willing to bet you won’t miss it! Glad I will still get to see the vlog though! Forgot to tell you, I love the ‘Hanky Hump Day’ y’all landed on for the pregnancy vlogs!🤰🏻

  16. Libby Brown says:

Awe.. sounds like you have to much on your plate with all your doing.. I don’t blame you!! Do what you love first and the rest will follow.. will miss your mug on FB 😂😂.. love y’all ..

  17. Mrs. P says:

You do what you need to – hoping Hanky is feeling better by the time the break is over. Would love to see drone footage of the 4th! Still jealous you guys have fresh eggs😂

  18. You are doing the right thing. Put your focus on Hannah and her pregnancy. Also you 2 girls. Maybe you can help me tell my story in a book form one day. You are going to stay on you tube aren't you? I have never seen such a busy person as you are. Take care and focus on what you want to do.

  19. So if you are taking a social media break are you going to keep uploading vlogs? I enjoy your videos
