I live in my sons annexe, so I donβt have the router, when I go to system settings it says internet connected, but when I try to go on u tube is says itβs not connected to internet, πππππ I give up, u tube works fine on my I pad and phone, so I donβt understand π€·ββοΈπ€·ββοΈπ€·ββοΈπ€·ββοΈπ€·ββοΈ

All my TV does is constantly flash a message saying WIFI dongle detected – WIFI dongle removed for a few hours until it stops as suddenly as it started. Then I have to leave it on standby because if I turn it on it does it again. There is no factory settings on my menu and no way to connect this so called "smart TV" to any external source.
I did both of the methods and it is still not connected to the internet.
