I watched this show because I saw Rhys Darby, Taika, and Tim Heidecker were in it, and I love everything any of them are ever involved with. The romance angle took me completely by surprise, and my heart melted more and more every episode. I haven't been this emotionally invested in a show in years. I'll be anxiously awaiting confirmation of another season. Hopefully soon!

Loved hearing him talk about the filming! Is it just me though or does anyone lese get distracted a lot by the animations? There are about 7-14 independently animated objects at any given point and that is not counting the actual interview which gets interrupted by clips twice per minute.. wow.

I have never loved a series more than I love Our Flag Means Death. Ever. I've already rewatched it several times and it has genuinely made me a happier, more confident person. It makes me feel so understood and cared for in a way I've never experienced before, and I've already made so many new friends by participating in the fandom. That's just the kind of magic good representation can have on people. Thank you with all of my heart to everyone who made this show possible! I can't wait for season 2.
